On Tuesday, December 17th Dr. Patel was recognized for completing his 13,000th robotic-assisted prostatectomy. This is a milestone in not only Dr. Patel's career, but in the world of robotic-assisted surgery. He is the only surgeon in the world to have completed this number of robotic prostatectomies.
