Dr. Holloway lectured at the Second Annual Society of European Robotic Gynecologic Surgery in Lund, Sweden, which took place from Sept 8-11, 2010. This is his second annual invitation to speak to his European colleagues. The event was hosted by meeting chairman, Jan Perrson, MD, of University Hospital of Lund and President Angelo Maggioni of Milan, Italy. Dr. Holloway delivered the congress opening keynote lecture on Applications of Robotic Surgery in Gynecology and Gynecologic Oncology, as well as lectures on robotic hysterectomy surgical tips, avoiding and managing complications, and he presented a video lecture on liver/diaphragm resection of recurrent ovarian carcinoma.
